To enhance national security by researching effective defenses against the tactics and methods of attackers in cyberspace and sharing information with like-minded organizations and groups.
To achieve cyber public-private partnerships in Japan and abroad.
To be a research base for cyber defense.
To develop an environment and program for cyber human resource development and provide it to a wide range of people who wants to learn cyber security.
